Betway further expands ESL esports tournament portfolio

first_img Real Betis selects Betway as its official shirt sponsor August 10, 2020 Share Adam Savinson – BetwayBetway marketing has moved to expand its brand coverage within esports by agreeing to sponsor three ESL competitions in 2018.Agreeing on terms with ESL, the leading esports pro tournament organisation, Betway will sponsor the ESL’s ‘Intel Extreme Masters’ (IEM) and ‘ESL One’ tournament series, starting with the sponsorship of ‘IEM Katowice’ this February.The bookmaker further boosts its esports tournament presence by becoming a sponsor of Season Seven and Season Eight of the CS:GO Pro League, which will conclude in May and December of this year.In 2017, Betway became the highest coverage sportsbook, agreeing marketing partnerships with with: GO Pro League, and ESL One Cologne on top of their partnership with the Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP).Updating the market, Adam Savinson Head of Esports at Betway stated; “We’re really excited to be sponsoring some of the biggest events on the esports calendar.“We’ve already enjoyed an incredible amount of success over the past 12 months, becoming the first betting partner of CS:GO Pro League and ESL One Cologne, and we can’t wait to build on this further. first_imgThe death has taken place of G.A.A. stalwart, life long St. Eunan’s G.A.A. Club member and former Chairman of the Donegal County Board, Mr. Danny McGlinchey, Breffni, Gortlee, Letterkenny.Mr. McGlinchey served as County Board Chairman in 1966 and St. Eunan’s Club Chairman in 1967.Remains reposing at his home and funeral from there on Thursday 9th July going to the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballyraine for Requiem Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in Conwal Cemetery. House Private.
