The project cost is $53,000 less than the estimated cost.  If there is a way to utilize the extra dollars to benefit the city, that will be a consideration for the council, the mayor said.The sidewalks will run along Windmill Drive from Veterans Boulevard to Galloway Road and along Galloway Road from 6th Avenue, traveling along Galloway Road, turning south on Henderson Street and east on Veterans Boulevard before ending short of Main Street.In council action, the members voted to enter into the agreement with Poly, Inc. to have professional engineering services and inspection performed consisting of construction engineering and inspection for the construction of the city’s TAP project.
